I actually had a nice time until I wanted to move out. Three days after I gave my 30 day notice they increased my rent by 9%. So you have to watch your back. I lived in a one bedroom and the special was 721 a month. My special was up in June and I was given a month to month lease at 773 a month. Since the special rate had also gone up I found a cheaper place at Inwood on the Park just down the road. Well as soon as I gave my required 30 day notice they increased the rent from 773 to 845 for the remaining time in the complex. Now granted I was living "month to month" and prices were subject to change at "anytime" but honestly.. who charges you more AFTER you tell them you are going to move out? I was going to write a great review but this experience just feels like a "move out penalty".

The only other problems I had with the unit was that my fire sprinkler leaked and they didn't repair the wall very well. I also had water drip through my living room ceiling and while they fixed that once.. I have water stains once again on the ceiling.
