I've lived here since they opened. The unit I moved into was brand new and really impressive. Stainless steel sinks, nice carpeting and wood-like floors in the kitchen. The building and the units have a clean, industrial feel to them. The pool area is nice and clean, although they lock it up after 10pm due to noise complaints. The management is totally slow and unhelpful. I've requested a new gate opener three times now, and they never call back when they say they will. They are also gone a lot and leave temps to cover for them who can't do anything for you. Maintenance seems pretty good, and friendly. They have a nice laundry facility on site. Unfortunately, there are laundry thieves among us. I had three loads of laundry stolen all at once, and I know of other people it's happened to. The units have washer/dryer hookups, and I recommend you use them. Overall, it's not a bad place to live. My friends are always impressed when they come over. However, I won't be staying here. The neighborhood is a bit scary, and the prices are comparable to apartments in nicer areas.
