Too much money for the neighborhood

This place is NOT worth the money Junius Street, or now "in the loop" is charging for the building. The landlords are VERY proud of this property-but it is really a pig with lipstick on. The neighborhood is getting progressively worse and I would NOT recommend anyone pay almost a thousand dollars a month to live in a ghetto oasis.
